Who can qualify for the support for disadvantaged?

PRIVATE HOMEOWNERS

You must be the owner of the property. The property must not be mortgaged or seized.

APARTMENT OWNERS

Support for your own solar power plant (with the consent of co-owners) or a solar power plant from a park.
